Booking and payment terms

All reservations must be paid at the time of booking.

Written cancellation by email with full refund up to 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival will be charged in full. Remember to buy travel insurance before you book your trip to make sure you have valid cancellation insurance. We do not under any circumstances refund cancellations made later than 14 days before arrival.

NB! We do not accept cash. Payment must be made by card, Vipps or invoice/bank transfer.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to cabins, fixtures or other equipment.

Sjøtunet especially and Hardanger is generally a very safe place to stay. Anyways, we recommend that you lock your cabin when you are not there and make sure you have a travel insurance with full coverage as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Storage of personal data

When you book at www.sjotunet.no, we store your name, address, other contact information and any additional information you have added. This is to be able to process your order. You can at any time request access to and/or deletion of information we have about you, with the exception of personal information linked to active bookings.

We do not use data to send you marketing material or offers, unless you have specifically agreed to this.

Sjøtunet AS does not sell, give or exhange personal information to/with a third party.
