HOMEMADE MARMALADE
Made With Our Own Berries and Plums
Our plum trees include classic varieties such as Reine Claude d’Oullins, Opal, Blue Plum, and Victoria, giving our marmalade its rich and authentic flavor.
When we took over the farm, we divided a large old rhubarb plant into many smaller ones. After some testing, we have found that the combination of rhubarb and plum makes an exquisite jam.
